In-Store Computer Service

RedSeven in-store service includes our FREE ESTIMATE. We will diagnose your system, and provide repair details and a price quote, so that you can decide whether or not our services are right for you.

Once the repair has been completed, we'll contact you by phone to demo it in our showroom with our technicians to make sure that you're absolutely satisfied with the repair before taking it home.

Here are some things to look for when choosing a company to repair your computer in their shop:
  1. Do they provide free repair estimates?
    Most companies do not, and it's important to choose one that does. Without a free repair estimate, you'll feel "locked" into having that company perform the repair once it hits their bench because of what you've invested into their "diagnostics fee." RedSeven never charges a diagnostics fee. We include this free with every computer system that comes in to our store. Even if you ultimately decline to have us service the machine, we'll never trap you with a diagnostic fee.

  2. Does their diagnosis make sense?
    Once your computer has been looked over, does the diagnosis match the symptoms? It certainly doesn't make sense for someone to waste your money replacing components unrelated to the problem you're having. If you're ever in doubt, bring your computer to any one of our showrooms. We'd be happy to review another company's work with you, on the house.

  3. Can they show you the difference?
    Once the repair is complete, you should be able to review the work in the store to verify that it's been done to your satisfaction. The last thing you want to do is to get your computer home only to find out that the original problem you wanted repaired still exists. Any competent repair facility will be happy to boot your computer up in front of you and let you review their work.

Surpisingly, one very unimportant piece is the hourly rate. A company charging $40/hour taking 10 hours to repair a problem is more expensive and time-consuming than another charging $120/hour able to resolve the issue in only two hours. What's ultimately important is the value that you receive in exchange for the final price. It is this aspect, with it's highly skilled team and competitive pricing, that RedSeven is able to provide the most value in our repairs and recommendations.
